Does your employer pay for some or all of the training? The tuition deferment degree program was developed by the university to financially assist students in their educational goals. The goal of the plan is to allow students to defer 70% of their tuition fees up to 30 days after the end of the semester. Students must complete and submit the Study Deferral Agreement form (see below), register with CUPay for the employer`s deferral plan, pay the registration fee to CUPay and pay the required 30% deposit before the end of the dropout period/add of the 15-week academic semester. If these conditions are not met before the end of the drop/add period of the 15-week academic semester, the student must find other ways to pay the semester fees. The remaining 70% is paid through the use of the CUPay payment plan, specially designed for employer reimbursement programs. Please note the due date of the 70% part on your CUPay account. If you do not pay the 70% to your CUPay account by the due date, the program will be cancelled, suspending university fees and late fees. Students residing in the District of Columbia can, through the DC Tuition Assistance Program, apply for public tuition at more than 300 colleges and universities. These Terms and Conditions are valid (and are deemed accepted by you) from the date you ask The Tuition Pod to complete an assessment or to start with a form of teaching mentioned in the definitions on page 1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by a director of The Tuition Pod, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other commercial terms or conditions that you present.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between a confirmation match and the conditions set out therein, the conditions set out in the confirmation correspondence shall take precedence for the service concerned. Cancellation of a service – Please make sure that you and the tutor have agreed on arrangements for each lesson. If you need to cancel or change a lesson, please call the tutor directly and send a confirmation email to email@example.com. Neither The Tuition Pod nor its collaborators are responsible to you for any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay that, directly or indirectly, is related to the introduction or provision of a tutor or the failure of The Tuition Pod to introduce or provide a tutor, which The Tuition Pod sets up or makes available a tutor and, in particular, without limiting the foregoing, such loss, injury, damage, expense or delay resulting from or in any way from these Terms and Conditions (and all documents referred to therein, including confirmation correspondence), contain the entire agreement („Agreement“) between us and you and supersede any prior Agreement between us regarding their subject matter.
